Part of Ironbound’s mission is to expose our players to high-end prep school and college coaches. Yesterday the U14 spent the day at the idyllic Berkshire School, a co-ed college preparatory boarding school nestled in the Berkshire hills in Sheffield, MA. The girls had two challenging games against the Mid-Fairfield Stars and the Brewster Bulldogs with scouts from a number of prep schools in attendance.

Apart from the fun hockey, the girls were treated with a tour of the campus, learned what boarding school life was all about, and enjoyed a team lunch in the dining hall. Thank you, Berkshire, for a fun day!
