Ironbound is pleased to announce that Katie Fitzgerald from the Metropolitan Riveters will be working with our elite goalies for the 2018 – 2019 season.

Katie is a product of Des Plaines, IL. She played for the Chicago Mission AAA Girls growing up. Katie went on to play Division 1 college hockey at St. Cloud State University and now enters her third season with the Metropolitan Riveters of the NWHL. Katie was the 2017 NWHL Goalie of the Year, 2018 NWHL Isobel Cup Champion and Two-time NWHL All Star. Katie has coaching experience with the Midwest Goalie School and the Chicago Blackhawks Youth.
Katie’s 5’10 frame (without skates on) will ensure that all the girls will be looking up to her!
