February 6 marks the 33rd Annual National Girls & Women in Sports Day (NGWSD). For more than three decades, this celebration has empowered women and girls to get moving, reap the benefits of physical activity and push past their limits both in sports and in life. The confidence, strength, and character gained through sports and physical activity are the very tools girls need to become strong leaders, in their own lives and in the world.

Although Ironbound Hockey is only 1 year old, our mission is clear and drives everything we do – to provide our players with personalized, high-level training in a small, nurturing environment. We provide the tools to help each female athlete reach their goal whether that be playing for their high school team, attending a prep school, or playing collegiate hockey.

Every practice and every showcase we developed is always with the goal to help our athletes gain skills and exposure to prep school or college coaches.

We also encourage our student-athletes to give back to the younger kids by volunteering at girls try-hockey events and promoting the game they love to new young players. Our Developmental Camps and Futures Clinics are designed to help young players hone their individual skills, and most importantly #growthegame
