Over the December 14th weekend Ironbound Hockey’s 17U Major & 14U Major teams participated in the second Prep Meets Club Jamboree.  Games took place at two beautiful facilities:  Yale’s Ingall’s Rink and Wesleyan’s Spurrier-Snyder Rink. Yale University is an American private Ivy League research university in New Haven, Connecticut. The women’s ice hockey team plays Division I hockey in the ECAC.  Wesleyan University is a diverse, energetic liberal arts community nestled in Middletown, Connecticut. The women’s ice hockey team plays Division III in the NESCAC – New England Small College Athletic Conference.

The weekend was full of competitive hockey and beautiful surroundings!

  • 2-1 Rochester over Gunnery
  • 3-0 Rice Prep over Northwood
  • 4-0 Ironbound Elite 17U over Rochester
  • 4-3 Rice over Vermont Academy
  • 5-1 Northwood over Gunnery
  • 2-1 Ironbound 17U over Rice
  • 10-1 Northwood over Rochester
  • 5-3 Gunnery over Vermont Academy
  • 4-0 Vermont Academy over Ironbound 17U
  • 4-3 Rice Prep over Northwood
